长期从事贝类适应性演化、天然免疫及种质资源开发等方面的研究,基于多学科交叉融合技术,在学科前沿和产业应用方面取得了一系列成果。主持重点研发课题、国家自然基金等项目20余项,以第一作者和通讯作者在Nat Ecol Evol、PNAS、Genom Proteom Bioinf、Mol Biol Evol、J Proteome Res、iScience、Front Immunol、BMC Genomic等国际主流期刊发表文章47篇,引用1800多次,H-index为22;授权专利25项。代表性成果列举如下:
